Product Guarantee

Royal Cross believes in its products and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of its items. With the exception of custom printing products, all products can be returned for a credit. Some products are however, subject to a re-stocking fee. Please call before returning your product to assure your credit is properly applied to your account.

Payments and Credit Terms

WE ACCEPT CHEQUES, VISA AND MASTERCARD

Orders being shipped to a verifiable, professional address can be invoiced. We request that payment is made within 30 days. If you would prefer to pay with a major credit card, please indicate this during your check out. For security reasons, we will not ask for your credit card number through this site. A Customer Service Representative will call you to confirm your credit card number and expiry date.

Royal Cross, reserves the right to request a credit cards or pre-payment on your first order, a large order or for customers which have previously had late payments.

If you are not a medical professional, credit card payment or pre-payment is required.


Credit Terms
  • Payments are to be made on individual invoices, additional statements will not be mailed unless additional interest is being applied for late payment.

  • At 30 days 2% interest will be added to your account and must be paid (we have to pay our Supplier’s interest)

  • At 45 days a hold is put on all future and pending orders for your clinic.

  • At 60 days an additional 2% interest will be added to your account and a FINAL PAYMENT request will be sent.

  • At 90 days an additional 2% interest will be added to your account. The account will then be turned over for collections. In addition, all agency fees related to collections for your delinquent account will have to be paid (around 30% of the outstanding amount(s)). Should we choose to accept any future orders from your clinic, your account will be placed on permanent COD status.

  • Cheque payments with NSF status will have an additional charge of $25.00 applied to your account.


Shipping

No matter how you slice it, you always pay for shipping one way or another. At Royal Cross we believe in offering you the lowest price on all items without embedding shipping amounts within the price. Our shipping prices are based on the total weight of your package and the postal code of the final destination. A minimum shipping charge of $7.35 CDN will apply to all orders.

We ship all of our products with Canada Post’s Expedited service. Our shipping days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except holidays). All in-stock products will be shipped on the next shipping day and most clinics in major cities will receive their order 3-5 business days after it is shipped.

If your product in not in stock or requires personalization, a Customer Services Representative will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

For our GTA customers, pick up is available at our Concord location. Our pick-up hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

If you require your product immediately, we can offer you courier service. Please call our Customer Services department at 1-800-265-2644 to place your order.

Taxes

All orders are subject to G.S.T. or H.S.T. Customers located in Ontario are also subject to the 8% Provincial Sales Tax.

Returns

If you have ordered the wrong product or are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your items (at your shipping expense) within 30 days for a credit. Assure you have included a copy of your invoice or a note containing your Company name, full address and business telephone numbers. Please also include the reason for your return.

If your product is defective, please call 1-800-265-2644 before returning your product.

NOTE: This return policy does not apply to customized or printed items. Please see our custom printing policies for details.

Product Pricing

Our website is directly linked to our accounting system. As prices are updated, the new prices are immediately reflected on our website. In cases where the product is subject to a special sale or quantity discount, we will do our best to assure you receive the lower price. When there is a discrepancy between the catalogue price and website price, our website price should be considered the correct price. If you have any questions regarding our pricing, please call our customer service personal at 1-800-265-2644. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Selling to Patients

Royal Cross understands that many of its products are re-sold by our customers, to their patients. If you have any questions regarding suggested retail pricing, please contact us at 1-800-265-2644 or e-mail info@royalcross.net

As part of our commitment to you, we do not market our products to patients directly and we avoid selling directly whenever possible. We will, however, sell to patients under the following conditions:
  • The item is not a re-sell item such as business cards, filing systems etc.

  • The item is a re-sell item but there is no clinic purchasing this item from us within a reasonable driving distance for the patient. In this case, Royal Cross will sell the item at the published “Patient Price” or MSRP and Royal Cross will only sell in quantities that are reasonable for personal use.


Privacy Policy

Royal Cross is committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use your information for the following purposes:
  • To establish your account with us, collect payment and process your orders.

  • To mail catalogues, flyers and special offers on occasion and to keep you informed of any changes to our product lines or company.


We do not share your information with individuals or companies outside of our organization and we do not sell our mailing lists. As we cannot guarantee your privacy on Internet related communications, we suggest that you do not include important information such as credit card numbers in correspondence through this site or by e-mail.

If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us, we will be happy to cooperate. However, we periodically purchase mass mailing addresses from independent dealers and your address may be reinserted into our mailing list through this format. We apologize if this has occurred and would be happy to give you the name of our dealer so that you can stop this from occurring at the source.
